Acceptable Use Policy

Respect the people here.

ZeroDate is an online dating and curated-introduction service for adults 18 and older. Use it only for genuine, respectful introductions and communication. This policy applies to profiles, messages, photos, introductions, and all other use of ZeroDate.

Conduct we prohibit

Never use ZeroDate to post, request, share, promote, arrange, or facilitate:

How to report a concern

Use the in-product Report control on the introduction or interaction involved. You may also email zerodateapp@gmail.com. Include the profile or interaction involved, what happened, and when it happened. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, or security codes. Use Block to end an interaction and prevent further contact when available. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Review and enforcement

Reports are routed to ZeroDate’s review queue. We target an initial review within 24 hours and a resolution, or an update explaining that more time is needed, within seven calendar days. Reports involving a minor, sexual exploitation, threats, or immediate safety concerns are prioritized for prompt review. Complex cases may take longer; we will provide an update when we can.

We assess available information and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities. We may take immediate protective action while a review is underway. We limit access to report details to people who need them to review and address the case.

Appeal a removal or account restriction

If we remove your content or restrict or close your account, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing zerodateapp@gmail.com with “Moderation appeal” in the subject. Include your account email, the date of the decision, the content or action involved, and why you believe it should be reconsidered. Do not include a password. We will review the information and tell you the outcome or if we need more time. A restriction may remain in place while an appeal is reviewed.
